What we collect

When you send a basket request or a message, we receive the name, email address, delivery country, and any message you provide, together with the items in your basket. Our server also keeps standard security logs containing IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.

Why we use it

Your details are used only to answer your request, arrange delivery and payment, keep records of sales, and protect the website from abuse. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in secure operation, and your consent when you submit a form.

Who sees it

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles. Requests are stored on our own server, which is hosted by BitLaunch in the Netherlands and protected by Cloudflare, and are read only by the seller. Delivery partners receive only the address needed to complete a shipment.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to a completed sale are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Security logs are kept for a short operational period only.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.
