Goods on this website are sold by Neil Rowlands, an individual sole trader based at 1 The Headrow, Flat 9, Leeds LS1 6PU, United Kingdom. Enquiries are handled through the contact form.

Prices

All product prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude delivery. Delivery charges, and any taxes applicable to your destination, are stated in the emailed quote before you pay.

How a contract is formed

Adding items to your basket and sending a request is an enquiry, not an order. We reply by email confirming availability and total cost. A contract is formed only when you accept that quote and payment is completed. We may decline a request if an item is out of stock or if delivery to your address is not possible.

Payment

Payment options are agreed individually by email. No card details are collected on this website and no payment is processed here.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales are set out in the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are described in the returns policy and are additional to your statutory rights.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or restricts mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
