How delivery is arranged

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Because delivery cost depends on your address and the size of your order, it is calculated individually and confirmed by email before any payment is made. You are never charged a delivery fee that was not agreed in writing first.

Destinations

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other destinations where postal services allow. If we cannot deliver to your address, we tell you when replying to your request.

Processing and delivery times

Items are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Typical delivery times are 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom and 5–14 business days for international destinations. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Tracking, duties, and problems

Tracking details are emailed when the parcel is dispatched. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country, which are payable by the recipient. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through the contact form and we will resolve it under the returns policy.
