Cancelling an order

Because orders are confirmed by email, you can cancel at any time before you accept the quote and pay. After payment, you may cancel a distance-sale order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return window

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been damaged through use, or hygiene-sensitive goods that have been opened, cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

Send a message through the contact form with your order reference before sending anything back. We reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be traceable.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we pay the return postage. If you simply change your mind, the return postage is paid by you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item arriving, or sooner if we have confirmed the fault. Statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law are not affected by this policy.
